The painter recommended by my coop office would not have been available for six weeks, while A&D arranged for painting within two business days. And, they did a terrific job. The paint looks perfect. A&D’s quote was about 20% less than the coop recommended painter. They were extremely responsive, clear and helpful. If my experience is typical, you should go straight to A&D.

We had a minor job for Andrew and his team to repair and paint over one of our large windows at our house that was leaking some water. His team sanded, primered, caulked (the leaky and rotted wood), and painted over our window for about $400. I’m not a expert on price but it appears reasonable. Andrew was very responsive and his team skilled and friendly. We are happy with the quality results.
